Q: Which credit cards are accepted?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Customers will be notified via email with the tracking number after the order has been processed and shipped. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
Q: Is there a faster delivery option?
A: For faster delivery, we offer Express delivery (overnight mailing guaranteed by USPS) for an additional charge. Please leave a note in the “Note to Seller” box during checkout to request overnight shipping. Once the request is received, you will receive additional instructions for the extra charge.
Q: How long does standard delivery take?
A: Orders are shipped usually within 2 to 3 business days after receiving confirmed payment. Orders will be delivered through USPS First Class Mail, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days once shipped. Delivery time may vary depending on USPS services, especially during peak periods.
Q: Is there free shipping?
A: Standard shipping is free to the United States on orders of $20 or more.
We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Unfortunately, we are not currently offering express shipping (1-Day or 2-Day) as an option to P.O. Boxes and/or mailing addresses in Alaska, Hawaii or International destinations.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: How long do I have to make a return?
A: All returns must be made within 3 weeks (21 days) of the date of shipment.
Only unworn contacts that are in their original condition as they were sent (products in the box, box unopened and unmarked) with the original tags in place can be returned. Please do not write on returning contact lens boxes (i.e. Right or Left). Contacts with writings on the box will not be accepted for return.
Q: What happens after I return my contacts?
A: If you return your contacts, they will be refunded at full price. However, any shipping and delivery fees will not be refunded. Once we’ve received your return package, you will receive an email confirming the order has been processed, and you receive credit in your LenzOutlet account for the price of the contacts.
Q: How can I make a return?
A: Please call our customer service before making a return to receive authorization for the return and instructions for returning. If you are returning by mail, please return contacts in a shipping box (not an envelope) so the contacts do not get crushed. Include your order number, invoice, or email confirmation with your return shipment. Returns are NOT accepted after 21 days of original shipment date.
Your return will only be accepted if the contacts are returned in their original unworn condition with the original tags still attached. Depending on your issuing bank, your credit may not show until your next billing cycle.
